"....Due to the band's generosity and the generosity of the many friends of the Martinez Education Foundation (MEF), the 21st Annual MRC/MEF Run for Education and Family Fun Night were both a resounding success! Our September 29, 2023, event included over 540 registrants who participated in the 5k event. We raised over $101,000 and all proceeds will benefit students in the Martinez Unified School District. Thank you and your fabulous band for entertaining our crowd at the Family Fun Night. Your music is so fun, and definitely made this dinner a festive and successful event! Please express our thanks to your band members. MEF genuinely appreciates your talents and contribution to the event.
